2025 Cedars Open Studios Tour
Mark Your Calendar! On Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11 AM to 6 PM, the historic Cedars neighborhood comes alive for the annual Cedars Open Studios Tour — a beloved tradition for more than two decades! Wander through artists’ studios, galleries, businesses, and creative spaces, and experience the vibrant work of over 150 Cedars artists, along with live music and performances throughout the day. Wrap up your art-filled adventure with a special closing reception at 6 PM.
This day-long celebration is FREE and open to all. Enjoy complimentary neighborhood transportation, or join Bike Friendly Cedars for a pedal-powered group ride in the morning.
The Cedars Open Studios Tour is made possible by the Cedars Open Studios nonprofit organization and the generous support of local artists, businesses, and community sponsors.

Volunteers help guide visitors, share information, and keep the day running smoothly. Be part of the creative energy that makes the Cedars Open Studios Tour such a special community event!
Volunteer Role Includes:
• Welcome Visitors – Be the first friendly face they meet and set the tone for their tour experience.
• Distribute Tour Booklets – Hand out booklets and help guests get oriented.
• Guide Guests Through the Tour Map – Assist visitors in understanding the layout and highlight the free transportation provided by Rent-A-Gem.
• Answer Questions – Share your knowledge about the tour, artists, and neighborhood.
• Promote the Closing Celebration – Remind attendees to join us for the big finale event.
• Encourage Email Sign-Ups – Invite visitors to join our list to stay informed about future Cedars Open Studios events.
• Sell Merchandise – Help manage the merchandise table.

What began over 20 years ago with a few artists, bold ideas, and a handful of open doors has grown into Dallas’ largest open studios tour—featuring artists, performers, musicians, and makers across the Cedars neighborhood.
Now a non-profit organization, Cedars Open Studios is dedicated to supporting neighborhood artists, their initiatives, and promoting the vibrant arts culture of the Cedars community in Dallas, TX.
The Cedars Open Studios Tour happens every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, showcasing studios, sponsors, and over 175 Cedars Artists celebrating the creative spirit that makes the neighborhood unlike any other!
