About the Cedars Open Studios Tour

Cedars Open Studios Tour is an annual one-day, self-guided art tour through the historic Cedars neighborhood just south of Downtown Dallas. For over two decades, the Cedars artists have opened their studios, galleries, and creative spaces, giving the public a chance to connect with artists where they live and create.

Visitors can explore unique spaces, discover original art, watch live demos and performances, and take part in one of the most vibrant creative celebrations in the city.

Individual Artist Studio

Registration Fee: $55

Artists must either live/work in the Cedars or be hosted by a registered Cedars location.
All creative mediums are welcome—from painting to performance, sculpture to digital art, installations to fashion. Click the links below to learn more!


Multi Artist Location

Studios or galleries hosting 2 or more artists.
Location Fee: $65 Plus $15 per artist

Artist at Sponsor Location

Artist at Sponsor Location Registration Fee:  $15

Featured Artist Upgrade

Artist Upgrade Fee:  $17.50

Individual Arts

Artists wishing to participate in the Tour must have a studio within the Cedars neighborhood or be hosted by an official Sponsor Location (such as a gallery, business, or multi-artist space in the Cedars).
